For practical reasons, the reservations are processed directly by an estate agency not far from the apartment. These people accomodate you, give you the keys at your arrival, cash the rent, take care themselves directly of any problem which you could encounter, release the guarantee after an asset inventory at your exit and organize the cleaning for the following tenant. BOOKING PROCESS: To book the apartment for some period of time and establish the spanish renting contract, the payment of a deposit is required by them on the bank account of my father in Spain who is the official owner. The contract is established between my father and yourself. The rest is paid in the apartment on the first day of your stay. If your stay is spreading over several months, you pay a first full month in the apartment on the first day and then you may pay at the office of the estate agency month by month.
